Our client CIBC was looking to overhaul the system that involved dated processes. The needed more efficiency, transparency and a more up-to-date, streamlined software to use in all of their branches. Our solution was to provide a customized Microsoft Dynamics 365 system that had many of the features they were looking for out-of-box, but did require a set of new features and functionality for them to deliver the experience that they were looking for.

I was the design lead on the project, working through strategy, UX and UI. I was responsible for user flows, sketches, wireframes, UI, design thinking workshops, strategy and leading our design pod while working closely with CIBC stakeholders.
